Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: If you cancel your reservation in whole or in part within 48 Hours of the day prior to cCheck-in, cancellation will be accepted at no additional charge. In case of no-show, the first night’s guarantee card will be charged.

Airplane
Lisbon Airport is the closest to the resort and is 120km away by car.

Train
International rail services serve the Oriente station in Lisbon, from where you can take a regional bus or train to Évora station. The trip to the resort takes about 15 minutes by taxi.

Automóvel
From Lisbon, take the Vasco da Gama Bridge and continue along the A2 until the start of the A6. Continue along the A6 until the second exit from Évora (exit no. 6). GPS- Latitude 38º. 36`. 3 ″ N / Longitude = 7º. 53`. 18 ″ W / Altitude = 278 meters.

Baby cots (up to 2 years old) can be added to the hotel rooms free of charge (subject to availability). Extra bed costs 45€ per night / room, which includes towels, bathrobe, amenites and buffet breakfast for additional person.

There is a quiet outdoor infinity pool surrounded by gardens and bar (seasonal) and a children’s pool by the pool waterfall. We also have a heated indoor pool at the Health Club (swimming caps required; under 16s are not allowed from 1 pm to 7 pm).

We provide one towel per day per person for poolside use.
