This experience invites you to walk the paths from the vineyard to the pleasure of the glass, in an engaging guided tour that reveals the secrets behind our excellent wines. This is followed by the wine cellar, where our nectars rest to the sound of classical music. The experience culminates in a commented tasting of carefully selected wines and a paired lunch in our panoramic restaurant, where local flavors take on a new dimension when accompanied by Quetzal wines.

Quetzal Wine and Tapas

Conde D’Ervideira – Premium tasting

A special experience that combines wine with Alentejo flavors. We begin the experience with a visit to the winery space, showing the behind-the-scenes of Ervideira wine production – from the reception area to the bottling line.

From here, we continue to the Ervideira Wine Lounge where we start the wine tasting with a personalized journey through 5 premium Ervideira wines. This wine tasting will be accompanied and paired with a full tasting of regional products on a board of flavors, colors and scents typically from the Alentejo – bread and toasts, São Jorge cheese, buttery sheep's cheese, cured sheep's cheese, black pork sausages, cherry tomatoes, fruit and nuts, mini savory pies, jam, olive oil.

Conde D’Ervideira – Winemaker for a day

€55 per person | Duration: 3h30 – 4h | Time: 11 am or 3 pm

This Conde D’Ervideira – Winemaker for a Day experience has prepared for you a more detailed program around wine, with conversation about grape varieties, terroir, production process, blending and the magic of percentages. We start with a visit to the winery, followed by a practical tasting of several wines, namely monovarietal wines in production, with which you will later work on creating your own wine.

This wine will be bottled, corked and labeled by you, and you will take your bottle home with you to enjoy and share your wine with family and friends. After the blending and bottling experience, we will have prepared a tasting of several regional Alentejo products.

Payment: For 5 or more people, payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking.

For groups of more than 8 people, bookings are confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit, which is non-refundable. The final number of participants must be communicated by email no later than 7 days before the experience. Up to 72 hours before the experience, this may be reduced by up to 10% of the initially planned number of participants, without any associated cost, and will serve as the basis for issuing the invoice. In case of an increase in the number of people, this must be communicated by email for validation and issuance of a new invoice by Fitapreta. From 72 hours before the experience, no refund is possible in case of a group reduction. Payment of the outstanding amount must be made up to 72 hours before the experience.

Cancellation policy:

*Bookings up to 8 pax: A full refund is guaranteed up to 72 hours before the experience. After 72 hours, only 50% of the experience value will be charged. In case of no-show or cancellation on the day itself, there will be no refund.

*Bookings +8 pax: Up to 8 days before the event, only the deposit will be charged. Up to 72 hours before, 50% of the estimated value will be charged. After this period, 100% of the estimated value will be charged.

Farm to Table
