A special experience that combines wine with Alentejo flavors. We begin the experience with a visit to the winery, showing the behind-the-scenes of Ervideira wine production – from the reception area to the bottling line.
From here, we move on to the Ervideira Wine Lounge where we begin the wine tasting with a personalized journey of 5 premium Ervideira wines. This wine tasting will be accompanied and paired with a complete tasting of regional products on a board of flavors, colors, and aromas typically from Alentejo – bread and toasts, São Jorge cheese, buttery sheep's cheese, aged sheep's cheese, black pork sausages, cherry tomatoes, fruit and nuts, mini meat pies, jam, olive oil.

We begin with a visit to the winery, followed by a practical tasting of several wines, namely single-varietal wines in production, with which you will later work to create your own wine.
This wine will be bottled, corked, and labeled by you, and you will take your bottle home with you to enjoy and share your wine with family and friends. After the blending and bottling experience, we will have a tasting of various regional Alentejo products prepared.
Prior booking is required, and it is only scheduled after confirmation. For groups of over 10 people, prepayment is required.
