In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, Convento Espinheiro has adopted all necessary and essential hygiene and safety measures to ensure that all guests, partners and employees are protected.
In the context of the current situation we are experiencing, that is, the COVID-19 pandemic, Convento Espinheiro has adopted all the necessary and essential hygiene and safety measures to ensure that all guests, partners and employees are protected.
To control and moderate COVID-19, we have adopted measures that aim primarily to promote common well-being. Below, we would like to share an update on all of the measures. We would like to thank everyone for their cooperation in following the guidelines set forth.
TRAINING OF ALL EMPLOYEES
All Convent staff received specific information about:
-Hand hygiene: Wash your hands daily with soap and water. Additionally, use a disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol regularly. When disinfecting your hands,
-Respiratory etiquette: sneeze or cough into your flexed forearm or use a tissue. You should also wash your hands immediately after coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose. Your eyes, nose and mouth should not come into direct contact with your hands.
-Social conduct: Change the frequency and mode of contact between all employees, and between employees and customers. Therefore, whenever possible, they should avoid any close contact, i.e., handshakes, kisses, face-to-face meetings, sharing of food, utensils and shared workstations.
We measure body temperature regularly, recording all values. But also, all DGS guidelines for cleaning surfaces and treating clothing must be followed.
INFORMATION FOR ALL CUSTOMERS:
All customers have access to the following information, mainly for their security:
-How can you take basic precautions to prevent and at the same time control infection?
-As well as the internal protocol on the coronavirus outbreak.
THE CONVENT HAS:
-Personal protective equipment for all employees;
-Personal protective equipment available to customers;
-Stock of cleaning materials;
-Alcohol-based antiseptic solution dispensers at entry and exit points, and whenever applicable, on the floors. We also have dispensers at the entrance to each restaurant and bar, as well as in all communal toilet facilities;
-All suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 are sent to an isolation area. This area must have: natural ventilation or a mechanical ventilation system, a bathroom, cleaning materials, disposable masks and gloves, a thermometer, a self-contained waste container, waste bags, laundry collection bags, a thermometer, a kit with water and food with a longer shelf life;
-In the sanitary facilities we have equipment for washing, but also for disinfecting hands.
In short, we have taken all necessary measures to ensure that we can be together safely. We are counting on you to comply with the following rules.
