– Saturday, June 27, at Divinus:
A get-together with wines from Adega RIBAFREIXO. This event consists of conversations about RIBAFREIXO wines, next to the impressive Gothic cistern where precious nectars are stored. Our sommelier coordinates a wine tasting with soulful wines from the renowned Adega Alentejana Ribafreixo.
– Sunday, June 28th at 11am, in Jardim D. Sebastião:
Homemade Ice Cream Workshop. Chef Carla Parreira will teach you some tricks to make irresistible homemade ice cream. The perfect combination of the best ingredients with lots of imagination and creativity results in delicious and personalized ice creams. An event you won't want to miss!

Celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Convento do Espinheiro, Historic Hotel & Spa. In addition to its undeniable monumental value, this space has contributed to elevating the image of the Alentejo. This event is a source of great pride in the national tourism scene.
– Saturday, July 4th, at Jardim D. Sebastião:
Alentejo in the Fresh – Summer Wines. Let’s celebrate and toast to Summer. With a tasting of the magnificent fresh regional wines in the company of our Sommelier.
– Saturday, July 11th at dinner, in Jardim D. Sebastião:
Sardines in the Field – Dinner at Sunset. Gather a small group of friends around a glass of red wine and snacks! Have fun to the sounds of the Vozes de Canaviais Choral and Instrumental Group. All this in a relaxed atmosphere where the best of Portuguese cuisine comes together to provide you with a unique experience. We receive the meats, vegetables and even the holm oak charcoal directly from the Montado Alentejano. The sardines, which are the star of the evening, arrive from the seas of Sesimbra, fresh and ready to delight. Enjoy the different sensory levels on the basis of the most genuine and typically Portuguese flavors in this very special event!
– Sunday, July 12th at 11 am, in Jardim D. Sebastião:
Olive Oil Bread Workshop. The perfect combination of the best ingredients, with lots of imagination and creativity, results in personalized and very tasty breads. Learn how to make this typical Portuguese sweet with our pastry team. These olive oil breads are a great option for the whole year and a delicious traditional sweet!
