Alentejo Bread Workshop

For many centuries, the monks who inhabited the convent prepared their own bread with the characteristics that made the traditional Alentejo bread so famous. Now it is possible to relive those times of yesteryear with our team, which transmits to the guests the ancient knowledge of the art of well kneading the rustic flour with the yeast leaven from the previous baking. Each guest will have the chance to literally put his hands in the dough and just as our monks did, turn the fine white flour into sweet, tasty dough.
